- Composition:
- — 1g contains viable cells of lactic acid bacteria: Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus plantarum. Lactobacillus salivarius - not less than 5,0x1010 CFU.

- Pharmacological properties:
- — The preservative effect of Litosil starter is based on natural bioregulatory principles.
— Lactic acid bacteria, which are part of the preservative, multiply rapidly, producing a high level of lactic acid, as a result of which the pH quickly decreases, the growth of pathogenic microorganisms is suppressed, and the fermentation of silage mass improves.
Application:
- Ensiling of silage, haylage, pulp.
- Preservation of crushed and whole grain with increased humidity.
- Bookmarks for storage of thick-stemmed crop residues.
- Inhibition of the growth of butyric acid bacteria and fungal microflora.
- For enrichment of feed with mono- and disaccharides, amino acids and B vitamins.

- Dosage of the preparation:
- — Dissolve in water (WITHOUT CHLORINE CONTENT!) and add to the raw material being preserved at the rate of 2-4g/t of raw material (100-200 billion cells).
— The preparation is added to the plant mass during its direct grinding and storage using applicators, knapsack sprayers or other methods accepted on the farm.
— The optimal humidity of the silage mass when laying should be in the range of 65-75%, grain - not lower than 25%. If possible, the applicator is set to a water consumption of 3.0-3.5l per 1 ton of mass. If this is not possible, the preparation is calculated based on the available amount of water.
— Example: the plant consumes 1 liter of water to process 1 ton of mass. The total amount of water in the plant is 250 liters. Accordingly, this amount of water is enough to process 250 tons of plant mass. The amount of the preparation: 250*2=500g, that is, 250 liters of water should contain 500g of Litosil starter.
— It is recommended to prepare the starter mother liquor in advance. To do this, 1kg of the preparation is dissolved in 4-5 liters of water (WITHOUT CHLORINE CONTENT!). To accelerate the awakening of bacteria and to activate their vital activity, you can add 0.2-0.25 liters of molasses, or glucose, or sugar syrup to the mother liquor, mix well and let it stand for 30-40 minutes. in a place where direct sunlight does not fall. A sign of the preparation's readiness for application is the presence of light foam on the surface of the mother liquor. The mother liquor is mixed well again and transferred to the sprayer container. The recommended temperature of the water used for the mother liquor should be within 25-30 °С.
- Packaging:
- — Bags of polyethylene film, or polymer bags, or metallized "Zip-lock" bags of 0.5-5kg, packed in bags of polyethylene film, which, in turn, are packed in three-layer paper bags of 10.0-20.0kg.
— Plastic containers of 0.5kg. - Storage conditions:
- Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 0 to 20 °С.
