Concentrated multifunctional biopreservative for feed

Composition:

— 1g contains viable cells of lactic acid bacteria: Streptococcus faecium, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus salivarius - not less than 8,5x10¹⁰ CFU.

Enzyme complex:

Cellulase, β-glucanase, pectinase, xylanase.

Preparative form:

Powder.

Pharmacological properties:

• Biopreservative Litosil Plus is an association of specially selected strains of microorganisms, enhanced by a complex of enzymes. The enzymes that make up the product break down plant fiber to simple sugars, providing bacteria with nutrients in the first hours of preservation.
• Lactic acid bacteria, which are part of the preservative, multiply rapidly, producing a high level of lactic acid, as a result of which the pH quickly decreases, which leads to effective inhibition of the growth of mold fungi and putrefactive microflora, especially butyric bacteria. Fermentation of silage mass improves.
• A specially selected composition of lactic acid microorganisms and enzymes makes it possible to effectively use the biopreservative when ensiling various types of plant raw materials, including freshly mowed and heavily ensiled grasses, haylage, cornage, and others.

•  Preservation of cereal-legume mixtures, wet ensiling, haylage, pulp, cornage.
•  Preservation of crushed and whole grain with increased humidity.
•  Bookmarks for storage of thick-stemmed crop residues.

•  Ready-made feed with the additive Litosil plus increases: average daily gains of young animals - by 5-12%; milk yield - by 5-7%; fat content in milk - by 0.1%.
•  Milk acidity decreases by 0.10T.

The preparation is applied to the plant mass during its direct crushing and storage using applicators, knapsack sprayers or other methods accepted on the farm.

The optimal humidity of the silage mass during storage should be in the range of 65-75%, grains - not lower than 25%. If possible, the applicator is set to a water consumption of 3.0-3.5l per 1 ton of mass. If this is not possible, the preparation is calculated based on the available amount of water.

Example: the installation consumes 1l of water to process 1 ton of mass. The total amount of water in the installation is 250l. Accordingly, this amount of water is sufficient to process 250t of mass.

The amount of the preparation = 250*2=500g, that is, 250l of water should contain 500g of Litosil Plus bioconcentrate.

It is recommended to prepare the mother liquor beforehand. To do this, 1.0kg of the preparation is dissolved in 4-5l of water (WITHOUT CHLORINE CONTENT!). To accelerate the awakening of bacteria and to activate their vital activity, you can add 0.2-0.25l of molasses, or glucose, or sugar syrup to the mother liquor, mix well and let stand for 30-40 minutes. in a place where direct sunlight does not fall. A sign of the preparation's readiness for application is the presence of light foam on the surface of the mother liquor. The mother liquor is mixed well again and poured into the sprayer tank. The recommended temperature of the water used for the mother liquor should be within 25-30 °C.

Packaging:

— Bags of polyethylene film or polymer bags or metallized "Zip-lock" bags of 0.5-5.0kg packed in bags of polyethylene film, which, in turn, are packed in three-layer paper bags of 10.0-20.0kg.
— Plastic containers of 0.5kg.

Storage conditions:

Store in a dark place at a temperature of 0 to 20 °С.
