Collagenase-1000
Gel for effective correction of scars and scars (TU U 20.4-32813696-050:2023)
1 g of gel contains: collagenase, not less than 1000 KlaA.
Collagenase-1000 - is one of the most powerful proteolytic enzymes with a specific effect on collagen fibers - the main structural element of connective tissue. Collagenases are the only enzymes that can selectively recognize native collagen and hydrolyze it.
The main effects of the collagenase enzyme:
- Deep hydrolysis of pathological collagen. Destroys deformed collagen fibers until completely dissolved, effectively weakening fibrous microknots and micromodules.
- Specificity. It exhibits high specificity of action, hydrolyzes collagen and does not affect other substrates: does not affect intact epithelium, adipose and muscle tissue.
- Neocollagenesis. Stimulates the synthesis of new collagen, restoring the dermis framework.
«Collagenase-1000» contains the natural enzyme collagenase, isolated from a non-pathogenic strain of bacteria of the genus Streptomyces. It belongs to the "true collagenases" - hydrolyzes collagen of all types and does not affect other proteins. Does not affect healthy tissues and granulations, promotes the breakdown of "excess" collagen in already formed scars.
The modern base of the gel promotes deep penetration of the active substance into the scar tissue.

Apply a thin layer to the scarred area 2 times a day, wait until the gel is completely dry. You can, if necessary, use a gauze napkin on top. The duration of use is 20-30 days, with breaks of 10 - 14 days.
The use of the gel «Collagenase-1000» in a complex of physiotherapeutic procedures (phonophoresis) showed high efficiency - a clear effect is visible after the first procedures: reduction of the size of the scar and cosmetic defect, increase in elasticity, elimination of such pathological effects as pain, redness, itching in the scar area, feeling of "tension" of the skin, the amplitude of movements increases if the scar is located in the joint area.
