Beta-glucanase
Beta-glucanase ENZIM - an enzyme that catalyzes 1,3 and 1,4 glycosidic bonds from β-glucans, breaks macromolecules of a viscous polymer into low viscosity isomaltose and maltotriose. The enzyme has a significant level of side activities to the breakdown of hemicellulose, xylans and cellulose.
Beta-glucanase is a widely used enzyme and is effectively used in technological processes in various industries: the production of alcohol and beer, the pulp and paper and textile industries.
Application features
